We all know the saying "beauty is in the eye of the beholder;" however, in the case of this young woman, her beauty is scientific fact. Student Florence Colgate won a competition sponsored by Lorraine Cosmetics in 2012. The competition, which sought out the most naturally beautiful woman, utilized a proportional beauty theory to judge its contestants.
