Jay Park Discusses His Rising Variety Show Fame In Bold InStyle Photo Shoot And Interview

Soloist Jay Park displayed his bold fashion in the June issue of InStyle. The star modeled a variety of suits and blazers in eye-catching prints including dalmatian spots and colorful soda bottle logos.

During the accompanying interview, the singer revealed why he decided to become a cast member of Saturday Night Live Korea. He explained, "When I first appeared on 'SNL Korea' back in 2012, when I still had the image of an idol, I experimented with a lot of strong characters. At the time, the response was good so a lot of idol guests later came on to the show."

After some thought, the artist added, "I think that I should continue to experiment even if I were to get cursed at and I hope that other celebrities would also take the risk and stop caring about what others say."

Park also discussed his upcoming participating in Show Me The Money 4. He will be one of the judges of the television rap competition. He explained, "I'm at a certain level with both my music and Korean speaking skills and since hip hop is trending, I didn't want to waste time."
