Man of Steel Movie Sequel News: Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice hits theaters on March 25th, 2016 after being announced nearly two years ago. The next Man of Steel movie will set the stage for the DC Superhero Movie Cinematic Universe's next spate of assignments for the Justice League roster.

Jesse Eisenberg recently talked about the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice script and his role as Lex Luthor.

"It's a really great character that's written by this guy, Chris Terrio, he's a phenomenal writer," Eisenberg told MTV News.

"He loves my character in the same way I love my character. He put a lot of work into it. It's a great character, there's an emotional core to the character. It's not this silly, villainous character. This is a real depiction of a person who thinks these things. So the challenge is to make it seem real."

There are also rumors that 'Man Of Steel' Star Henry Cavill will join Dakota Johnson in the 'Fifty Shades Of Grey' movie sequel. According to rumors Superman will play the villain.

Following the blockbuster success of the movie adaptation to E.L. James' best selling novel, "Fifty Shades of Grey," a new report from Movie News Guide says Superman is in the running to play Jack Hyde.

Russell Crowe is making the rounds promoting his directorial debut in "The Water Diviner." While the upcoming release statements from Warner Bros. about the next batch of DC comics movies doesn't include a Jor-El movie, Crow told MTV that he would be interested in doing a prequel about Jor-El's life before Krypton exploded.

"What sparked my interest once I saw how Zack [Snyder] was creating Krypton," Crowe told MTV. "I'd like to see what made Jor-El, Jor-El. What made him and Zod, who are folklorically friends, what split them apart."

Acting legend Marlon Brando played Jor-El in the original Superman movies. Russell Crowe played as Superman's Kryptonian father Jor-El in 2013's Man of Steel. Jor-El ships his kid off to Earth as the planet Krypton faces destruction. Jor-El died twice in Man of Steel

David Goyer is reportedly working on the television series "Krypton,: which would explore Jor-El's origins. The show is being looked at by the SyFy Channel.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice hits theaters next summer. DC has mapped out all its superhero sequels through 2020.
