2PM to Release Comeback Promotions in Times Square, 'Large-Scale'

Idol group 2PM is preparing for their comeback and plans to reveal a comeback trailer on March 25.

After their album release in 2011, it has been 2 years since they have made a comeback as 2PM. In order to announce their comeback, they will be releasing a video through Naver and their official YouTube channel on March 25.

This video will be played in around 300 movie theaters around Korea as well as in New York Times Square on billboards and in London's Piccadilly.

JYP Entertainment stated, "This is the group's biggest scale promotions that they have worked for. They've waited two years to make their comeback. Please keep a look out for the trailer."

2PM also held their first arena tour last year in Japan in front of around 100,000 fans. They also performed additional concerts at the Nippon Budokan as well, which is a place where many other stars have performed.

Earlier this year, Oricon released a list of the '2012 Japan Concert Top 11'. They stated that 2PM performed a strong and charismatic stage and were the first K-Pop group to hold 6 concerts at the Budokan.

Last month, they released their 2nd Japan album, Legend of 2PM, and will hold a concert at the Tokyo Dome in April.

2PM will also held a concert in Manila on March 2 at the Mall of Asia.

2PM has won many awards and praise for their concerts and music. They were chosen as one of the best concerts of 2012 in Japan and also awarded 'Best New Artist' and 'Best Group Video' at the

26th Japan Gold Disc Award' and the 'MTV Video Music Award'.

2PM debuted under JYP Entertainment in 2008 with a more charismatic and tough image, which was different than most 'pretty boy' groups.

They debuted in Japan in 2011 and was a huge success as well.
