Amber Heard's court dog case continues to grapple Australia. Just this Tuesday, radio jock Kyle Sandilands, who called Agriculture Minister Barnaby Joyce some names due to his comments about Johnny Depp's dogs back in May, was cleared off of a complaint concerning the issue.

Sandilands talked about Joyce calling him names like "an idiot," "a loser" and "an absolute clown," among others.

Joyce was not happy with the decision of him not being punished for it, according to a report on ABC Australia.

"If this is taken to be the standard norm on how one person talks to another person, then what do we do when we say to people in the classroom, you can't talk to your teacher like that?" Joyce pointed out. "How do we have this sort of world where it's alright in one area but it's not alright in the other?"

The renewed focus on the alleged illegal entry of puppies Pistol and Boo may possibly grow bigger in the next days as Amber Heard was schedule to face an Australian court next week for her court dog case.

There is no confirmation yet whether the actress will attend or let her lawyers handle it in her behalf.

But in a report on People back in July, an expert cited that Johnny Depp's wife may only avoid appearing before court if she opted to submit a guilty plea.

"An application may be made, if Ms. Heard intends to plead guilty to the offenses, to have the sentence determined in the absence of Ms. Heard," Queensland Law Society Criminal Law Committee chair Peter Shields said then.

Although it was not clear yet how Johnny Depp's wife Amber Heard will handle her court dog case come Sept. 7, she has in the past expressed not wanting to go back to Australia.

"I have a feeling we're going to avoid the land Down Under from now on, just as much as we can, thanks to certain politicians there," she told Australian morning show "Sunrise" back in June. "I don't know, I guess everyone tries to go for their 15 minutes, including some government officials."
