Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting Reveals Extreme Diet 2015 Secrets For Weight Loss To Prep For Shape Magazine

Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting is telling it like it is: preparing for her Shape magazine cover photo shoot was hard, and her extreme diet wasn't fun. But she is loving the results!

According to E! News, Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting admitted it was "not easy" to get in shape for the Shape magazine cover photo shoot.

The "Big Bang Theory" actress admitted to Jimmy Fallon on "The Tonight Show" that she prepared for "months and months and months."

How did she slim down? She revealed her extreme diet secrets.

"I changed everything," Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting said. "I worked out every single day. I ate so well and so rarely. I cut out the alcohol. I was so proud of myself. So I was just so hungry!"

"All I ate were almonds for song long, I was so hungry," she said before joking, "Egg white, almonds, air."

In her latest interview with Shape, Kaley also said it was hard for her to find the perfect workout routine that she liked and had results she would notice. But the exercise she's found and loved? Yoga classes.

"I've never worked so hard to look good for something in my entire career," Kaley says. "I owe it [her body] 100 percent to yoga...I go to a place called CorePower Yoga. One morning I'll take the Hot Power Fusion class, which is an amazing calorie burner, or I'll take a Yoga sculpt class, where we wear three-pound weights during yoga moves."

She also says she and her husband Ryan Sweeting have had to kick the habit of "bedtime snacks."

"The drawers next to the bed were filled with candy," Kaley confesses. "I was just doing it because he was doing it, and it was adding hundreds of calories I didn't even think about."

"We don't eat crap anymore," Kaley jokes. "We had boxes of stuff that only a four-year-old would eat."

As a result, Kaley says she's lost six pounds in three months and gone down one jeans size.

"I love being toned and having muscle," Kaley says. "It's so sexy and beautiful."
