EXO-L's rejoice as Xiumin will return to the small screen once again, this time in a leading role.

It has been confirmed that EXO's Xiumin (Kim Min Seok) and actress Kim So Eun will be co-stars in the upcoming web-drama "Falling for Challenge."

This will be Xiumin's second time acting in a web-based drama since his first appearance in EXO's web series "EXO Next Door." The EXO member has also recently just finished filming for the new historical themed movie 'Kim Seol Dal' where he plays the supporting role of Gyeon-I.

Actress Kim So Eun gained more attention after her breakthrough performance in "The Scholar Who Walks the Night" alongside esteemed actor Lee Jun Ki.

"Falling for Challenge" centers on Na Do Jeon (Xiumin) who works as a clown part-time due to his love of making other happy with laughter. Ban Ha Na (Kim So Eun) is the female lead that aspires to start her own food truck business. The two meet at a common interest club called "One Plus" where the story will unfold.

The cast is receiving mixed reviews by netizens, some congratulating Xiumin while others seem a bit disappointed that another idol was cast in the role rather than an actor.

The cast has just completed their script reading and is set to begin shooting as early as next week.

In the meantime, EXO is currently preparing for their upcoming Japanese single for "Love Me Right" scheduled to be released this November. If you haven't checked out the short teaser, take a look below!
