Zoila and Adrian are both fighting for their lives while Peri is back to fight for her husband, or at least to take revenge against Rosie, spoilers and news for "Devious Maids" season 4 revealed.

Showrunner Sabrina Wind teased some spoilers during an interview with TVLine as she said there would be a whole lot of trouble for Rosie with the return of Peri, played by Mariana Klaveno.

"When she left, she was mad because she felt cuckolded; nobody leaves a star for a maid! I don't know exactly what Peri is thinking, but for me, this is her chance to get back at both of them," she said.

And Peri will even sacrifice her own happiness in her own thirst for revenge.

"We are talking about Peri here!" the showrunner said. "Honestly, though, Mariana Klaveno is one of the greatest actresses as far as being able to deliver those kinds of lines. We couldn't give up the opportunity to put her back into our story."

Meanwhile, fans would be interested to know what happens to Zoila, who suffered some complications during childbirth, and Adrian, who was caught in a blast at the Powell Manor.

But Sabrina Wind is not about to give some "Devious Maids" season 4 spoilers as to the fate of Adrian as she only said, "Let's just say we have a really great story to tell with that."

As for Zoila, the showrunner teased, "The easy story would have been happy-happy, joy-joy, but that's not our Devious Maids style."

She went on to add, "We found this situation to be incredibly compelling, not just Zoila being at this critical moment, but the doctor looking at Genevieve - who so rarely has to make any important decisions - and asking who they should prioritize, Zoila or the baby."
