As Josh "seeks treatment for sex and porn addiction in rehab", according to Examiner, Jill Duggar has been promoting the upcoming TLC special, a spinoff from the cancelled "19 Kids and Counting" show. She has been smartly using baby Israel as well as her righteous husband to flee from Josh Duggar scandal plaguing her young family.

Twitter and Instagram have been godsend for Jill Duggar to show the positive side of her family life. In fact, she seems so gungho about it that it looks like she is dangerously tottering on the edge of using her baby boy to distract the public from these scandals.
