There has been an update to Pippa Middleton and Nico Jackson breakup. The latest news is that it was Kate Middleton's sister that triggered the split as Pippa Middleton was not ready to "settle down" with Nico Jackson.

According to Irish Independent, which quoted a source from Grazia magazine, "Pippa and Nico have been on the rocks for the best part of a year... It seems Pippa just wasn't ready to settle down and wasn't sure if Nico was the right man to marry... That was definitely a problem, especially as Pippa has been so busy lately - they have not had any time for each other."

But according to the latest news, Kate Middleton's sister has not been coasting along in her single life. She looked rather terrible after her breakup with her long-time boyfriend.

According to Daily Mail, "Pippa Middleton had heartbreak written across her face last week, a lonely figure pacing the streets of London. Days after breaking up with Nico Jackson - the boyfriend of three years who she was expected to marry - Pippa was seen leaving the smart members-only South Kensington Club, where she had been putting herself through a stress-relieving gym session."

No matter how hard her workout is, it looks like Pippa Middleton has to find a better way to deal with her "heartbreak" from Nico Jackson.

While Pippa Middleton has participated in many grueling races, it looks like a normal gym workout won't help her put Nico Jackson in the past. She has also been spending a good chunk of her time hanging with her ex boyfriends Alex Loudon and James Matthews this month, but that hasn't been helping either.

The fact that Nico Jackson had too long of a leash around Pippa and her unwillingness to commit may have been the deciding factor in their breakup.
