Blake Lively has been going through a lot of ups and downs recently, but at least her post baby body is looking great! The new Woody Allen movie star just shocked all her fans when she showed off her post baby body in a bikini.

According to E! Online, "Ten months after welcoming a daughter, James Reynolds... Blake looked toned and tanned in a yellow-orange triangle top and printed bottoms as she filmed scenes on the beach. At various points during the outdoor shoot, she covered up by wearing jean shorts, a long sleeved sweater or a wetsuit jacket."

Looks like the actress kept a very strict workout and diet plan. But she won't disclose any tips for other mothers out there.

With her husband Ryan Reynolds' father passing away this week, that workout and diet plan may have gone out the window. The fact that she also has to continue working on Woody Allen movie means that she is probably too busy to keep a strict workout and diet plan.

According to USA Today, "Ryan Reynolds' father, James Chester Reynolds, has died at 74, the star revealed to his fans on Twitter. "RIP Pops. James C. Reynolds. 1941-2015. If possible, please donate/support: www.michaeljfox.org," the star tweeted Wednesday, along with a photo of what appears to be James holding and infant Ryan."

The fans are sure that Blake's husband will feel a lot more when he holds his own baby James close to his heart.

Blake Lively has been going through a lot of shifts in her life these days. Having had her first baby, she jumped right into shooting her next big movie with Woody Allen. Maybe that gave her the right kind of motivation to get her body back in shape.

Also seeing how Blake Lively just shut down her lifestyle website Preserve, making a new movie is a great distraction for her.

According to Vogue, "Age of Adaline" actress said, "It's very exciting and it's also incredibly scary. I never thought I would have the bravery to actually do that... I'm not going to continue to chase my tail and continue to put a product out there that we, as a team, are not proud of.'"
