Clara Announces 1-Person Agency To Restart Her Career As A Film Actress

Now that her exclusive contract lawsuit against Polaris Entertainment has ended, Clara Lee (Lee Sung Min) is gradually making her return to the acting world.

On September 18th, the 30-year-old terminated her contract with Polaris Entertainment, ending months of conflict and negotiations. Now, she is preparing to restart activites at her own 1-person entertainment company named "Korea or Clara."

Immediately after the lawsuit negotiations ended, the Swiss-born star traveled to Singapore and Hong Kong to take a short vacation. According to entertainment insiders, she is currently looking over incoming acting job offers with extreme care. Although Clara received offers to act while her lawsuit was in progress, she opted to wait and is now considering joining 1 or 2 upcoming projects that are narrowing down potential candidates. Reports say that she will focus on taking roles in movies over dramas.

Clara's goal is to reenter the Korean movie industry by early 2016. One of Clara's reps told Star News, "Nothing is decided yet. We are working very closely with Clara and will be very careful in what decision we make."

Korean internet users are divided on the issue of Clara's return to the industry. Some commenters were wondering who gave her job offers, while others welcomed her back to Korea.
