Danica Dillon Interview Josh Duggar: Porn star Danica Dillon claims "19 Kids and Counting" cast member Josh Duggar attacked her while they were having sex.  The adult actress is suing Josh Duggar, the disgraced "19 Kids and Counting" for $500,000.

The lawsuit was filed by Danica Dillon, a porn star whom he allegedly slept with twice earlier this year.

Dillon claims that Duggar, 27, "assaulted her to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries" on the two occasions that she said the pair had consensual sex.

The court documents were filed on Tuesday, Nov. 17.

Dillon, whose real name is Ashley Stamm-Northup, alleges that Duggar approached her at a Philadelphia strip club in March and paid for lap dances and sex. Dillon alleges that he paid her approximately $600 for lap dances. Dillon claims she agreed to have sex with him for $1,500.

Dillon alleges that Duggar "manhandled" her to where she "felt as if she were being raped."

Dillon alleges that Duggar treated her roughly again when the pair met up again a month later. In September, Dillon talked about the incident in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. She admitted she "never told him no" and consented to the sex.

Dillon alleged that Dillon said she suffered physically and emotionally after the incident and is now being treated for severe anxiety.

Dillon, 28, claims that times allegedly occurred while his wife Anna was pregnant with the couple's fourth child, Meredith, who was born on July 19.

"We do not have a statement at this time," a rep for the Duggar family told Us Weekly.

Duggar admitted to cheating on his wife Anna Duggar in August, just three months after he confessed to molesting five girls including his sisters Jill and Jessa Duggar as a teenager. It came out that he had an account on extramarital affair site Ashley Madison.

According to Dillon, Josh Duggar was an obsessive fan who had been following her career for a long time.

"He showed up and told her, 'I'm a fan. I've followed your work for years,' and then offered to pay her $600 for lap dances," according to the report by In Touch magazine's Adriane Schwartz.

"He then proceeded to ask her for sex and said he would pay her $1,500. She agreed, and he came to her hotel, and this was consensual sex, but everything turned violent and she was terrified of him."

"In the end, he dropped $1,000 on the table and walked out the door," Schwartz wrote.

The tabloid claims that Danica Dillon passed a lie detector test while being asked about her frightening experience. She told In Touch Weekly that Josh tossed her around like "a rag doll."

"It was very traumatic," Dillon revealed. "I've had rough sex before, but this was terrifying."

Anna and Josh Duggar have been married since 2008.

The 19 Kids and Counting cast member has been in a rehab center since August.
