In its report, PC Advisor cited some tech gift ideas which might just bring the happiest smiles to your loved ones' faces.

The first possible gift is hover board which can be purchased from October's Back To The Future Day since it "more than certainly has something to do with the current hoverboard craze."

The tech site noted that hoverboards could be a great find in Christmas Eve sales 2015 especially "for those of us too lazy to walk."

The second option would be to scour for the best "Star Wars" gifts and gadgets like HP's official "Star Wars" laptop.

The third choice could be any "Dr. Who" gifts and gadgets. These include a Tardis Projection alarm clock.

The fourth one could be "the coolest LEGO themed gifts and gadgets for the LEGO fan in your life." One particular set could be that inspired by "Minecraft."

Meanwhile, another "fun alternative to walking" or hoverboards is the electric scooter, which can be given to both the young ones and young once.

On the other hand, CNBC reported that a new study suggested that majority of consumers are still awaiting Christmas Eve before they "wrap up their purchases."

"The findings come as consumers are 'no longer feeling this rush of urgency' to stock up on gifts before they sell out, thanks to elevated inventory levels, said Shawn DuBravac, chief economist for the Consumer Technology Association," the outlet shared about the result of America's Research Group recent study.

As Christmas 2015 draws nearer, Christmas Eve sales are expected to flood.
