What troubled B1A4 singer Jin Young most about playing a high school delinquent in the upcoming drama "She's Wow" was how his fans would react.

"I was worried because the role was very different from the warm image my fans know me to be," said Jin Young. "I've been learning that there are more sides to me as I act, and it's very fun."

For the drama, he shed the sweet personality his fans have come to love and was transformed into the arrogant know-it-all Gong Min Gyu.

"I've kept my eye on fan reactions, and I saw they were half worried, half expectant," said Jin Young. "I believe my fans will also be entertained by my new look."

In "She's Wow," he plays the delinquent son of popular announcer Gong Jung Han, played by Park Sung Woong and actress Jo A Ra, played by Oh Hyun Kyung. The couple works hard to present the best possible image, even if it's a false one. As a result, they don't want anyone to know about their family problems. They don't want anyone to know that they are not the close couple they pretend to be. And it would not help if people learned their son was a delinquent who kept repeating grades.

But as hard as it was playing a delinquent son, Jin Young had an even harder time with a certain scene.

"My fellow cast members have been in musicals or have acted before so they gave me lots of advice. San Deul especially helps me with my lines and acts in the role of female co-star with me. There's a scene I can't speak about, but he helped me with that too."

The scene in question was a kiss scene and Ahn Sun Young, who plays Jin Bo Yeo, explained the reason for the scene's difficulty.

"Jin Young said yesterday that he kissed for the first time in six years," said Ahn. "He looked happy today."
