Recent studies show that a post on Kendall Jenner's Instagram could be valued up to $300,000 USD.

According to CR Fashion Book, the likes of Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid could easily charge six figures for a single post on their Instagram.

Frank Spadafora, founder and CEO of D'Marie Archive, claims that an analytic group has developed an app to help agencies through giving a value on a social influence of a model or celebrity. The three who make up the top tier are, in no particular order: Gigi Hadid, Cara Delevigne and Kendall Jenner.

All "are currently valued between $125,000 and $300,000 for a single post across their portfolio," Spafadora explained. "If you want to reach a model's audience, you're going to have to pay a hefty additional fee for that."

The next tier includes fellow Victoria Secret models Behati Prinsloo, Miranda Kerr and Karlie Kloss - who can demand $25,000 up to $50,000 for a single post on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

"The social queens are just another breed of models," explains Katia Sherman, president & co-founder of Major models. "We are still in the process of educating our clients to increase their social media rate, but some of our models listed on D'Marie actually have the potential to ear more per post that their normal day rate."

These "social queens" are no longer limited to capitalizing on a single campaign, instead they have figured out a way to long-term value by building an interactive portfolio, which gives their audiences a glimpse into what they eat and where they shop. This results in an increase of their social media value as fans become more engaged, which ultimately leads to the brands they endorse seeing higher returns.

"The more followers a model has, the more they can be appealing to certain clients," Micki Schneider, a senior booker at Wilhelmina women's division, said. "And we encourage the girls and are very mindful, as they create their own brands and become more mainstream, to be as authentic as possible."
