Rainbow Show Color And Range With New EP 'Prism'

Rainbow are back and they have their eyes on Korea's network music programs.

On Sunday, Feb. 14, the music video for Rainbow's latest single "Whoo" was uploaded on the group's official YouTube channel.

"Whoo" is the lead single for Rainbow's fourth EP Prism, and was composed, in part, by member Go Woori. Avenger Seung produced the track which includes a retro melody line and impressive high notes.

Prism is described as an album that incorporates the involvement of all the members in all aspects of the production, and shows the group's color. The album contains six tracks, including "Whoo," "Black & White," "Click!," "and "Eye Contact."

Fans commenting on the music video shared hopes that Rainbow can get their first music show win with the single.

"Everybody is complaining about the music video, but I think it is very visually appealing, the girls are beyond gorgeous, and the song is super awesome. Great comeback, Rainbow. You deserve your first win with this song," wrote Alex Hopkinz in the comment's section of the video.

Rainbow hit the stage to initiate TV promotions for "Whoo" starting on Thursday, Feb. 18, with Mnet's M! Countdown.

The group last promoted in February 2015 with the release of their third EP INNOCENT and title track "Black Swan."
