Becky G, the American singer, songwriter, rapper, and actress rose to fame with her single "Shower" which rose to the 16th position in the ''Billboard Hot 100'' in 2014. Her love life has been under speculation in the recent months. Her alleged break-up with Austin Mahone is a topic of discussion in the music scene.

Becky G and ''Extended Play'' famed singer and songwriter Austin Mahone were dating for a long time. However, they broke up and in 2016 Mahone started dating model Katya Elise Henry.

In Feb. 2016 Becky G spoke to Latina about her relationship with Mahone. ''When you let go of it, you've got to let go," she told painfully about her relationship with Mahone. "If he finds happiness in another person, then it just is what it is'' she stated further. "Honestly, I cannot go to any Latin awards show without people playing matchmaker," Becky G was annoyed with the attitude of the people and requested them to give her some space.

It seems Mahone is known for breaking hearts. His ex-girlfriend Camila Cabello Tweeted about the end of their relationship. ''All you can do is take the pain and try to turn it into something beautiful," Tweeted Cabello.

"Break A Sweat" famed singer Becky G later opened up about her feelings for Mahone and stated that the relationship is just on a ''pause'' and she is hurt that Mahone has already started dating someone else. "We both knew what was coming in our careers and that we just have to press pause," she clarified further.

''Becky G admitted that she was really happy with Austin - but, unfortunately, it came down to timing'' clarified Hollywoodlife. "It was really hard because we were very open about how happy we were. It was only fair for me to set the story straight after we broke up. I was with someone who was really amazing and inspiring, and everything was right about us except the timing. We had so many dreams and aspirations before we started dating and you can't forget those. Honestly, it sucked really bad, but he's so awesome and there's no bad blood," she stated further.
