A brand-new variety show called "Idol Intern King" will star six idols from different groups.

The cast of six currently includes Sohyun of 4minute, Qri of T-ara, Hyeri of Produce 101, Youngji of Kara, Hyojung of Oh My Girl, and Narae of SPICA.

The program, produced by Korean telecommunications giant SK Broadband, will be a "mobile variety show" broadcasted on exclusively on mobile video platform Oksusu. This will be the second variety show released in this format, after "Take Care of the Witch" was released earlier in 2016.

The program will follow the six idols as they begin living life as an intern, meandering through sometimes confusing and difficult hardships as a normal, everyday employee.

The show is meant to connect the group members with their fans by giving them new experiences and the perspective of a non-celebrity.

The girls will be punished for various offenses, including tardiness and dress code violations, by being scolded out by their superiors.

In each episode, the cast will be put in new situations, including a worker at an aquarium, a fashion designer at a fashion company, a baseball cheerleader, and more.
