BTS And B.A.P To Perform Seotaiji And Boys Plus H.O.T Songs At 2016 KBS Gayo Daejun

KBS has announced to the media that popular boy groups BTS and BAP will be paying homage to Seotaji and Boys and H.O.T.

BTS and BAP will be performing the legendary groups' songs at the 2016 KBS Gayo Daejun. According to Soompi, BTS will be reinterpreting Seo Taiji and Boys' "Class Idea." Like some of BTS' songs, this song is socially aware. The song was the first of its kind to directly criticize Korea's education system.

The song was also a hit amongst teenagers as it painted the truth about the educational system the students feel and encounter during those times. As what fans can see now, the song can still be applied to the society as of today. KBS and BTS are proud to present the performance as a highlight of the show.

Meanwhile, B.A.P will be taking on "Warrior's Descendant" by H.O.T. Since BAP is known as great performers, KBS is expecting them to give the song a nice rendition. They are also expecting a great performance from the boys.

Fans of BTS and BAP are really happy that the two groups were chosen to sing HOT and Seo Taiji and Boys songs as they are a legendary groups. They are also excited for the groups' performances. It will be really interesting to see how BTS and BAP will bring their great stage presence and dramatic acts to their reinterpretation.

Staff of KBS Song Festival stated, "BTS and B.A.P expressed a desire to re-enact hit songs from Seo Taiji and Boys and H.O.T. The two teams took charge of everything from choosing the music to figuring out how the stage will look, so we can say with certainty that this will be a legendary performance."

KBS Gayo Daejun this 2016 will be one of the most memorable gayos ever as Kpopstarz has reported that Twice, IOI, Gfriend and Red Velvet will be singing Girl's Generation "Into the New World".

It looks like KBS has really prepared for this year's Gayo Daejun. We just hope that everything will go as planned.
