According to a report by the Philippine Inquirer, the Philippines will get its chance to see Sandara Park again in the big screen on May 10 for what is touted to be the Korean version of Holllywood movie "Begin Again." While the movie marks Sandara's debut in a Korean film, the former 2NE1 member appeared as the lead in several Filipino romantic comedies like "Can This Be Love?" "D' Lucky Ones" and "Volta."

The Philippines is considered for be Sandara's  second home where she was embraced by many as the "Pambansang Krung Krung "after she became the finalist of a talent reality show "Star Circle Quest before her 2NE1 days. Even when she was establishing a name for herself as a member of international hit K-pop group, she still came back to the country to visit with friends and fans.

She recently became one of the judges of a local talent search "Pinoy Big Band Superstar" and remains one of lead endorsers of local clothing brand Penshoppe. When in Korea, Sandara also plays host to her artist friends from  Manila. In one of their recent visits to Seoul , Sandara dined out with Sam Concepcion, James Reid, Nadine Lustre and their friends and took time out of her busy schedule to show her friends around.

According to Sandara, "One Step" will revolve around the character of Si Hyun, a girl who loses her memory because of an accident but is haunted by an unfinished melody in her mind. Because of the accident, she also begins to see sounds in color. She will be helped along by Jee Il, played by actor Han Jae Suk, a composer suffering from a slump, reported Kpopstarz
