Reports have confirmed that former 2NE1 member, Sandara Park, has just joined the cast of "Cheese in the Trap", an upcoming Korean movie. Park and the rest of the movie's cast has met for the first time last March 25.

According to Korea Joongang Daily, Sandara Park will be joining Hae Jin, Oh Yeon Seo, Park Ki Woong, Yoo In Young, Moon Ji Yoon, Oh Jong Hyuk and Kim Hyun Jin in the upcoming movie. Surely, the movie will have an ensemble cast which will help in increasing its hype. A recent statement coming from Mountain Movement Story reveals that Sandara will be playing the character of Jang Bo Ra and Kim will play as Kwon Eun Taek.

It is important to know that the upcoming "Cheese in the Trap" movie is based on a webtoon series of Naver which bears the same name. The Naver webtoon series is a TV series which aired in tvN from Jan. 1 to March 1, 2016.

It has a total of 16 episodes and is starred by Kim Go Eun and Hae Jin. The store revolves around two college students with their own respective personalities. Reports also confirm that Hae Jin will once again take up his character as Yoo Jung in the upcoming movie.

Surely, this movie will be a great hit, knowing that Sandara Park is praised by her peers and mentors as one of the best newbie actresses in the K-pop industry. This is because she is known to easily memorize lines and show her emotions in a striking way, even though she started out her career as a singer in the girl group 2NE1.

Sandara Park is indeed pursuing her solo career as she seemingly defies the odds imposed on her as she has two new upcoming films, "One Step" and "Cheese in the Trap".
