Yooyoung, a member of Hello Venus is reportedly the latest addition to the cast of tvN's new sci-fi drama "Circle.". She will apparently be joining the cast with Yeo Jin Goo, Kim Kang Woo, and Gong Seung Yeon. The drama is scheduled to premiere on May 22.

The "Circle" will allegedly center on an alien invasion happening in both 2017 and 2037, according to Reddit, The drama setting is both in the present scenario and also in the future year 2037. The theme will focus on the company made biotech human beings where people's emotions will be controlled and there is no crime.

 Yooyoung will be playing a character with a cold and stubborn personality. She acts as secretary Shin, an affectionate and composed girl that has exceptional martial arts skills. Her role is portrayed in the year 2037, where she will be assisting one of the principal members of the biotech company.

According to Soompi, Yooyoung is pleased to be cast in a role and will work with several prominent artists. In her recent comment about her new role, she said that she is already happy to play as secretary Shin. She is already honored to be working with the wonderful cast that she admires very much.

Yooyoung is allegedly Hello Venus' youngest actress. She debuts in the 2013 SBS drama "Wonderful Mama" playing a supporting role. She has also played small roles in "After School: Luck or Not," "Cunning Single Lady" and "Mother's Garden." In this drama, Yooyoung will now have a bigger role and she will be showcasing a different charm as her character.

Best known as a member of South Korean girl group Hello Venus, Yooyoung is a singer and actress. She made her debut as a member in May 2012. Her first actively promoted release was Hello Venus's mini-album "Venus on M! Countdown" in May 2012, where they also released five EPs.
