Just recently, Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo were the stuff of headlines as they were rumored to be dating each other. This is despite the lack of official confirmation from the two. And now, news broke out saying that the two have already broken up with each other.

This is because of the reported jealousy between Song Hye Kyo and Gong Yoo. According to Korea Portal, the unconfirmed relationship of the two ended due to the fact that Song Joong Ki failed to rein supreme over Gong Yoo in the recenthly held 5^th Annual Drama Fever Awards.

Reports have it that Song Joong Ki was jealous of Gong Yoo for having won the Best Actor award in the recently held awarding ceremony. Meanwhile, it is also reported that Song Hye Kyo, together with Gong Yoo has snatched the top awards for their magnificent performance in "Goblin" and "Descendants of the Sun".

On the other hand, Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na also took home the bacon during the prestigious awards night as they got the Best Supporting Actor and Best Supporting Actress respectively.

With this, it is rumored that Song Joong Ki was furious and disappointed of himself because he was unable to get an award from the 5^th Annual Drama Fever Awards. And because of this, the likelihood that this is the reason for their unconfirmed split has increased.

But then again, there are no confirmation coming from the two that all of these rumors and speculations are true. This means that fans should not yet immediately conclude that these are the truth as this could bring a negative reputation on their name, especially that they are one of the leading actors and actresses in South Korea.
