Seo In Guk Leaves Jellyfish Entertainment and Signs with New Agency

Seo In Guk leaves Jellyfish Entertainment and joins a new agency.

Recently, he enlisted for mandatory military service in March, but was dismissed a few days later due to medical issues. He was reexamined in April, again in June and was eventually exempted from his duties due to osteochondral lesions in his left ankle, which would take surgery and possibly years to fully recover from. After returning to society from that challenging ordeal, he had to deal with his contract with Jellyfish Entertainment coming to an end soon.

Seo In Guk is an all-around entertainer who debuted in 2009 under Jellyfish Entertainment after winning first place on 'Superstar K.' He got his first starring role in the 2012 drama "Reply 1997," and quickly became a beloved household actor. Since Seo In Guk signed the contract with Jellyfish in November 2009, the seven-year period expired on June 29th.

When it was announced that Seo In Guk's contract with Jellyfish was ending and he had become a free agent, many fans wondered about his future. On June 29th, Jellyfish stated that they were discussing a contract renewal with him. However, their attempt to keep him with the company was unsuccessful.

it has been revealed that Seo In Guk did not renew his contract with Jellyfish, and instead signed with BS Company. According to recent multi-media officials, he talked with the BS Company several times after the exclusive contract with Jellyfish Entertainment has expired.

Fans were always fond of the relationship between Seo In Guk and Jellyfish Entertainment, so they are surprised when he did not renew his contract. His relationship with his company juniors and his annual appearance on "Jellyfish Christmas" collaborations will be dearly missed.

Seo In Guk will continue as an actor under his new company. Currently, BS Company is home to; Han Chae Young, Lee Ji Hyun, Kim Sung Chul, Kim Seok Kyung, Go Jun and former 4minute member Heo Gayoon.
