On the 2nd of May, Sm Entertainment announced its new service that will be making "Beyond Live" concert with fans more exceptional and memorable.

According to the agency, a real-time lightstick syncing play service will be provided for the first time through the online paid concert, "BEYOND LIVE." It'll be launched in collaboration with Naver, which is known for producing concerts through livestreaming.

The line-up of the concert was earlier announced. It included SuperM, WayV, NCT Dream and NCT 127. Just recently, SuperM had their successful online concert garnering 75,000 viewers from the different parts of the world.

Through a special CG, fans are connected into a huge board, where the K-pop idols can talk and communicate with them while having the show.

During SuperM's concert, fans used their official fanlight or also known as lightstick to support their group, making it looks more like a real concert with fans in person.

Due to this, SM Entertainment decided to release a special perk for the paid user, wherein a syncing play service will be given. To explain this service, its goal is to match the live video with fans by changing the color of the cheering stick.

The concept and light effects of the production number of the K-pop idols will be in sync with the lightstick, and it will be connected via wireless communication based on sync play technology. By linking it via supporting rod, fans all over the world, wherever it is, can wave their light sticks and dance along with the K-idols through a lively color.

In particular, the service is expected to present the future of a new culture of viewing performances by providing fans who enjoy performances in their room, with an online and offline connection to cheer together, as the light sticks are linked to the sync of the live performance.

The new service will be experienced by the paid online viewers of the upcoming "Beyond Live" concert of WayV, the Chinese sub-unit of NCT, a global group under SM Entertainment.

"WayV - Beyond the Vision," is composed of Chinese members, who are actively promoting in the country. They are then set to meet their fans on the 3rd of May, with not only just a syncing play service as a perk, but fans are also expecting the group's performance, featuring their various stages, which will be incorporated by advanced AR Technology and real-time 3D graphics, variety of camera walking and interactive communication.
