Jungkook revealed details about BTS's spring 2026 comeback during a recent livestream, teasing that the group's choreography is nearly complete and full-scale dance practice will begin this month.
During the livestream on Dec. 15, the BTS member discussed the upcoming album while acknowledging the temptation to share more information with fans. Jungkook explained that while he would like to provide additional spoilers, it remains too early to reveal everything. Despite his hesitation, he disclosed several key details about what listeners can expect from the project.
Jungkook indicated that the album will feature a substantial tracklist with multiple performance-focused songs. He mentioned there will be between three and four performance tracks, though he expressed uncertainty about the exact number, saying these songs might surprise fans with their fresh approach.
In addition to the performance tracks, Jungkook teased an especially exciting song that he believes will stand out on the record.
The youngest BTS member provided a timeline for the group's preparation work. He shared that once the choreography is finalized, the seven members will begin dance practice sessions on Dec. 19.

Jungkook also mentioned that the group has been continuously listening to the completed songs and discussing their preferences during the production phase.
The comeback announcement comes after all BTS members completed their mandatory military service by the end of 2025. The group initially announced plans for a spring 2026 return during a livestream earlier this year, with reports indicating a targeted release in late March.
Earlier this month, Jungkook spoke to Elle Korea magazine about his anticipation for the upcoming season.
"I think this spring will be more important than ever. So I sincerely hope you all have a safe and enjoyable spring," he said.
