EXO Lay Asks Co-Member Kai For a Dance Battle: Who’s Your Bet?
On May 4, EXO-Ls were thrilled after Lay made a comment about his co-EXO member Kai, hitting right in the feels of OT9 fans.
Lay, who is currently actively promoting in China as a solo artist, recently commented under the previous video uploaded by the K-pop group's choreographer, Mihawk. The video features Kai's dance practice for his solo track, "I See You," and as the choreographer found the unseen video, he decided to share it on his Instagram account.

In the video, Kai exhibited his outstanding dancing skills while also exuding sexiness while dancing on-point to the dance choreo. As fans were overwhelmed by the surprise video, they can't help but leave several comments and praises to the K-pop star.
Then, fans gasped and their hearts burst after they noticed Lay's comment!

Lay wrote in Korean, "I really want to do a dance battle with Kai."
Mihawk replied, "But first, let's have a meal together. Xing-ah, I miss you."
Soon after, EXO-Ls expressed their anticipation to the proposed dance battle, and at the same time, their thirst for OT9 content has been finally quenched.

Despite Lay's seldom participation in the group's activities, he remains an EXO member, not to mention that he recently interacted with their leaser Suho during the latter's Instagram live stream. Lay and Kai are outstanding dancers, which is why they are both EXO's main dancers, along with Sehun.
Kai's "I See You," is his first solo dance performance during EXO PLANET #4 -The ElyXiOn concert, which he also performed in MAMA 2017.
Kai, who watched another video uploaded by Shim Jae Won, uploaded a clip as well on his personal Instagram account with the caption, "I don't remember filming this video. When did I shoot this?"
Meanwhile, Lay has been confirmed to be the team captain for the upcoming Chinese music show, Youku's "Street Dance of China" Season 3. The show aims to look for talented dancers and performers from a pool of aspiring participants. The celebrity team captains will then had to face off against one another, through a dance battle. The idol will be appearing for the first time in the show.

During the earlier seasons, former Super Junior's Hangeng and former EXO member Tao already appeared in the show as team captains.
Lay also appears and showcases his artistry in IQIYI's CRZ Season 2, the show that features singer-songwriters and producers.

Fans are still hoping that Kai will respond to his co-member's request to have a showdown. OT9 EXO-Ls are so into the suggested dance battle, though this is actually not the first time that the two shared the stage for a dance duet. Meanwhile, some remain hopeful that in the next EXO comeback, Lay will be part of it.
