Say you're given a chance to debut in a Group, would you rather choose SM, over YG and JYP, YG over the other two, or go for JYP Entertainment? 

On June 25, a netizen started a discussion on an online Korean community, asking the users if which agency from the "BIG 3" will they pick regardless the past issues that the Entertainment had faced. The netizen set the situation as to what if you are to debut as a female idol, which agency will give you more benefits. 

As the post gets to draw attention from K-netizens, Here's the answer from them, justifying it with their reasons. 

According to the writer of the post, she would choose SM Entertainment since her favorite idols are under SM, as well as she was envious of their infamous Halloween Party. 

"For me, my bias is in SM, and they have that family atmosphere," she said. 

Also, other netizens who commented chose SM as well, giving the pros of the agency. "I'll go for SM, especially if I want to have a long-running career." She added that SM has its way of making an artist to be known in a wide range of audience, as well as due to their bond, SM artists stick with each other for a long time. Some examples are TVXQ (Changmin & Yunho), Super Junior, SNSD and SHINee. 

Meanwhile, some netizens chose YG Entertainment over other agencies, if you'll only look at the benefits. 

"For me, YG. I like their songs as well as their concept, not to mention that they pay well, too." Some of the other reasons talk about the different vibe of YG artists, which makes them unique among other idols. It is noted that YG artists have their signature swag and coolness. 

Furthermore, YG Entertainment artists collaborate more with Western artists as well, not to leave the fact that YG artists are the only K-pop artists who were able to perform in US largest music festival, "Coachella," including Epik High (former YG artists) and BLACKPINK. BIGBANG is actually set to perform in the festival as well, but due to the pandemic, the event was cancelled and to be moved in 2021. 

Also, some are practical to say that YG produces rich artists, including BIGBANG, 2NE1, and BLACKPINK.

On the other side, a netizen who chose JYP is also claiming that the agency is the best to debut with if you want to be a female idol. Aside from JYP Entertainment's speciality is producing hit girl groups including Wonder Girls, MissA, TWICE and ITZY, the agency has a pleasant atmosphere as well. This includes having a close bond with their CEO, JY. Park, as well as their mental health and safety, is prioritized. Also, rather than a flaw, netizens commented that JYP's lower singing standard gives more hope to dancers to become an idol, and learn singing on the process.  

Nevertheless, the three agencies are not labelled as the "BIG 3" for no reasons; just pertaining that even if a trainee enter any of these entertainments, they'd be fortunate.
