YG's rookie boy group TREASURE is gearing for a speedy comeback right after their debut!

On August 27, YG Entertainment, the agency of the K-pop group, reveals a behind-the clip scene of the boys shooting an MV through their TREASURE official Instagram account.

YGE then confirms a comeback saying, "Treasure will continuously release new tracks until the end of 2020." The agency also added that TREASURE's debut project would run systematically and smoothly, assuring fans and supports of the group that the following songs will be even more powerful than "BOY," the debut track of the 12-membered idol group.

Based on reports of media outlets, the upcoming comeback of TREASURE with a new title song is mostly to be dropped in mid-September.

TREASURE, which was formed through YG's survival show," TREASURE BOX" in 2019, officially debuted on August 7 in 2020. The rookie group was originally composed of 13 members (hereinafter 12) comprising of Hyunsuk, Ji Hoon, Yoshi, Junkyu, Mashiho, Jaehyuk, Asahi, Yedam, Doyoung, Haruto, Jeongwoo and Junghwan, former member Yoonbin.

For they are the first group of YG Entertainment to be launched since BLACKPINK, the group received so much anticipation from the fans, which has been noted to aim the global market. Shortly after the release of "BOY," which is the title track of their debut single "THE FIRST STEP: CHAPTER ONE," TREASURE's popularity immediately skyrocketed not only in domestic charts but as well as internationally.

On the day of release, TREASURE topped iTunes' top song charts in 19 countries, topped Japan's Line Music Daily Chart, and topped China's QQ Music Top Ranking Chart with 200,000 albums sold in Korea alone, proving that he is the most anticipated K-pop band this year.

In addition to this, on Thursday, TREASURE secured a spot on the Billboard Social 50 chart, ranking No. 3 on the latest list. The rookie group already broke their previous record ranking at No.5, just proving that the monster group is continuously rising in the music scene.

With BTS maintaining its 193rd week as No. 1 on the Social 50 chart, Philippine-flagged idol group SB19 jumped to second place, and TREASURE took third place. In addition, ATEEZ ranked fourth, BLACKPINK sits on the fifth spot, SEVENTEEN at No. 7, SuperM at eightth, TOMORROW X TOGETHER ranked nine and EXO in the 10th place. The only artist who is not an idol group is Cardi B, who secured a spot at No. 6.
