K-pop groups usually have a comeback at least once or twice every year, but these following groups are yet to have their return due to their circumstances. Some female members of the girl groups listed in the article are having conflicts on their personal schedules.

The question is, are they still having a comeback or are going to disband? Which K-pop group's comeback do you anticipate the most? Here are the group who have the longest hiatus as of now:

1. Dal Shabet (3 years and nine months)

The group's last comeback happened on September 2016. The group consisting of six members: fSerri, Ah Young, Jiyul, Kaeun, Subin and Woohee became popular with their track "Bling Bling," and "Supa Dupa Diva."

2. Girls' Day (3 years and four months)

The K-pop group who skyrocketed with their track, "Something," has yet to come back after 1,433 days. Their last release was their song, "I'll be Yours," dropped in 2017.

3. T-ara (3 years and two months)

In 2017, T-ara released their song, "What's my Name." However, in 2018, members Qri, Eunjung, Hyomin, and Jiyeon announced that they wouldn't be renewing their contract with MBK Entertainment, but Hyomin cleared that they won't be disbanding. Though, since then, they are not able to release any song yet.

4. Girls' Generation (3 years)

Exactly three years from now, Girls' Generation dropped their track, "Holiday," in August 2017. After a year of hiatus, SNSD comeback through a sub-unit, Oh!GG but they haven't come back with eight members yet.

Recently, members Tiffany, Sooyoung, Seohyun who are not under SM Entertainment anymore, gathered with Yoona, Taeyeon, Yuri, Hyoyeon and Sunny, sparking rumors of a comeback this 2020.

5. EXID (1 year and three months)

Exceed in Dreaming or also known as EXID, were last seen together in a comeback in 2019. The group debuted in 2012 comprising of members Solji, LE, Hani, Hyelin and Jeong Hwa. Their most recent song is "Me&You."

EXID's fame skyrocketed when they release "Up and Down."

6. Brown Eyed Girls (308 Days or almost a year)

Brown Eyed Girls debuted in 2006 with four members; JeA, Narsha, Miryo and Gain. They debuted as an R&B/ballad vocal group, with their debut single, "Come Closer." The group experienced hardships on gaining their brand and success in the music scene despite songs which gained attention from the audience, including "LOVE."

However, when B.E.G released "Abracadabra," it eventually became a hit song due to its extraordinary genre. Despite the controversy, their hit song receives favorable feedback from critics and even gained several covers from other K-pop groups.

These six groups are few of the K-pop groups from second-generation of K-pop who are still receiving praises from fans and music enthusiasts due to their remarkable prints in the industry.
