Knowing Bros also known as Men on a Mission or Ask Us Anything, is a South Korean television entertainment program distributed by JTBC. It is available to watch for international fans on Rakuten Viki and Netflix.

The current format of the show which has led the show to immense success explores the "high school student" concept where the cast members act like students in a classroom while guests appear as newly transferred students. Most of the activities during this segment emulate activities that are common in classroom settings, thereby adding to the informal vibe of the show.

However, the program sometimes switches things up at the end with a segment outside of the school concept. This format has received praise from the viewers and led to a significant increase in ratings and popularity of the program.

Within this setup, there are atleast 2 permanent segments that the cast proceeds with in the first half of the show.

Entrance Application - This is segment where a cast member (typically Lee Soo-Geun) reads the "application forms" that the guests are made to fill up beforehand and the other cast members initiate a discussion about the various things mentioned in the form such as the guests' likes, dislikes, strengths and weaknesses as well as who they'd like to sit with.

Guess About Me - In this segment, the guests prepare around 2 to 3 questions about themselves, the answers to which the cast has to guess. Typically, the facts are fun facts, events, incidents or embarrassing secrets that the guests would like to share. What makes this even funnier is when the guesses are ridiculously scandalous, adding to the entertainment value of the segment.

In another format, idol groups with more than 5 members that are visiting for the first time will have their names covered and the cast plays a game of "who's who" to spot who the leader or the maknae is and who fulfills whch role or position in the group.

Besides these usual formats, there are other games that are played as well such as the infamous "of course" game, some exercising games, word games and more.

At the end of it all, guests are allowed to promote whatever they wish to promote, if and only if they satisfy the conditions set by the permanent cast.
