Sandara Park Reveals Her Weight During 2NE1 Activities As Well As Her Thoughts On Romance
In MBC Every1's "Korean Foreigners", which airs at 8:30 p.m. KST on the 7th of October 2020, Yang Joon Hyuk, Lee Geun, Kim Jae Woo, and Sandara Park will be appearing in a quiz confrontation with the Korean foreign team.
In an exchange during the show, Sandara Park said, "I exercised every day from 2005 to last year," with reference to how she maintains herself.
She continued by saying that, "Since I was a trainee, I practiced dancing for 12 hours a day when I was active in 2NE1, and I had abs in the past. It was 38-39 kg, but I never fell down."
In addition, she also confessed that she had never been caught in a secret relationship with entertainers in her entire career but would surely like to go public with someone in case she found that special person at this point in time. She said, "I'm thinking of having a public relationship when I have someone I like."
When asked whether there was anyone she liked at the moment, she replied by saying that, "Unfortunately, there is no one now."
Sandara Park also known by her stage name Dara is a South Korean singer, actress and television presenter. She rose to fame in the Philippines as a contestant on the talent show Star Circle Quest in 2004, after which she had a successful acting and singing career before returning to South Korea in 2007. She made her South Korean debut in 2009 as a member of the K-pop group 2NE1, which went on to become one of the best-selling girl groups of all time before their disbandment in 2016.
Dara is one of the most popular South Korean celebrities in the Philippines, where she is known by fans as the Pambansang Krung-Krung (National Crazy Personality). She is considered an influential figure in the Hallyu Wave, and has been called the "BoA of the Philippines", in reference to South Korean singer BoA who also experienced great success abroad while also being hailed an icon or a legend in K-Pop.
Dara still remains one of the most relevant and loved idols of all time in her home nation as well as for global fans and fans always look forward to her appearances in variety shows.
