On October 5, OSEN reported that BLACKPINK was scheduled to make a much awaited full-group appearance on JTBC's "Knowing Brothers," and a source from the network confirmed, saying, "BLACKPINK will participate in the 'Ask Us Anything' recording on October 8. Their episode will air on October 17."
BLACKPINK attracted attention to their appearance on "Knowing Brothers" by revealing their relationship with the Hollywood star Will Smith, whom they met as trainees. They revealed that Will Smith and his son Jaden Smith had come to their company. BLACKPINK recalled, "I showed a dance in front of them at the time when we were trainees." It seems that Will Smith remembered them when they met later on in the future.
