Ballad Singer Lim Chang Jung Makes A Comeback With 16th Regular Album
Singer Lim Chang Jung has returned to claim the top spot in ballad music with his 16th comeback with a regular album.
Lim Chang Jung is a South Korean singer-songwriter and actor. He is often referred to by Koreans as "the original multi-entertainer" for being active in all three fields: music, film, and entertainment. He made his acting debut in 1990 and his singing debut in 1995. Lim Chang Jung has since released 15 full-length albums (excluding his recent comeback) and is known for his hit songs that are vocally challenging to sing. He is the only artist in South Korea who have songs that reached number one on the local music charts in the 1990s, 2000s, and 2010s.
Lim Chang-Jung held a showcase for the release of his 16th regular album at YesIM Entertainment in Paju City, Gyeonggi-do at 4:30 pm on the 19th, and showed a brand new performance stage. When asked about his impressions of the release of his 16th regular album, he said, "I can't believe that I can introduce the 16th album to you. I wonder if the fans supported me so I could do this. Thank you so much." When asked how he had been during his hiatus, he said, "After the last album, we started working and prepared a lot. Because of juniors' training, I made songs for and trained girl and boy groups and spent time with my family."
Lim Chang-Jung, who released the song 'Small Conflict' before the title song, said, "Isn't there anything to laugh a lot these days? I prepared a lot of bright songs for this album because it could be comforting to you. Next year, it will be released as a trot dance song such as 'Open the Door.' I made a pleasant music video, and I will see you in the spring."
Finally, Lim Chang-Jung said, "I think that making and presenting the 16th album is already an achievement for me. I think the result of my efforts in my life is the 16th album itself. Until the album release at 6 PM this afternoon, I will work hard on the songs. However, I will not dwell on them after the new song is released. I did my best at the moment so far." He concluded the showcase calmly.
Meanwhile, Lim Chang-Jung's 16th regular album includes the title song 'It's not loving,' 'I've forgotten you already,' 'I've forgotten you,' the energy-filled song 'Small,' and 'Walk the Flower Path,' which received a lot of attention among the title selection team. There are 15 songs on the album and was released at 6 PM KST today.
