EXO Kai Confesses That He Misses Performing Live For Fans
In an interview with 1st Look Magazine, EXO member Kai revealed just how much he misses performing live in front of fans.
Recently, Kai posed for two covers of 1st Look Magazine, announcing that he is the first-ever male muse of international beauty brand Bobbi Brown. In the magazine, Kai showed off visuals suiting the lead of a romance manhwa, flaunting his healthy and beautiful skin. Along with extreme close-ups on his visuals, Kai also showed off his amazing physique with thin and light clothing. He sported white t-shirts and beige knitwear, allowing his charisma and charms to captivate the viewers.

In an interview, Kai confessed to missing performing in front of fans, saying, "I love the stage in itself, but it is the fans who make the stage special. I feel happy when I see the fans' expression and hear them cheering. That happiness gives me energy and helps me focus on the emotions of the song."
He said in the interview, "Lately, I often think about how I want to hold a performance or a concert together with fans. I think about this several times a day. I hope that the day will soon come that I can hold a performance that is full of energy and life."
Kai also gave fans more insight into the mind of the 26-year-old idol during the COVID-19 pandemic. "Lately, I think I am just trying to enjoy each day," he says. "I really want to do this work for a long time. I think about the ways in which I can be happy and live my life healthily."
Kai's pictorial shots and interviews can be found in 1st Look Magazine's No.206 issue, which will be published on October 22, Thursday. In addition, beauty films featuring Kai's vivid charms and behind-the-scenes footage of the shoot will be released on Instagram and YouTube.

Kai is a South Korean singer, model, actor, and dancer. In 2012, he debuted in the South Korean-Chinese boy group EXO under SM Entertainment. That same year, Kai participated in a promotion group called Younique Unit will labelmates Eunhyuk, Henry, Hyoyeon, Taemin, and Luhan. He also debuted in SM The Performance, a dance group with labelmates Lay, Yunho, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Minho, and Taemin. In 2014, he featured on Taemin's song "Pretty Boy".
In 2016, Kai debuted as an actor in the web drama "Chocobanl". In 2017, he made his TV drama debut in "Andante". In December 2017, Kai was selected as the cover model for The Big Issue, a magazine that helps the homeless. Kai's issue has the highest recoded number of copies sold since the magazine's inception in July 2010, with over 80,000 copies sold. 20,000 copies were sold in the first two days alone.
In 2019, Kai debuted in the SM Entertainment supergroup, SuperM. That same year, Kai was selected as the first Gucci Eyewear Men Global Ambassadors in Korea.
