WINNER's Mino Shares Title Poster Revealing More Details About Second Full Album "Take"

Song Mino has revealed a title poster for his upcoming album "Take"!

On October 20, the photo was uploaded on official social media platforms with the caption "MINO '도망가 (Run Away)' TITLE POSTER," along with the release date which is on October 30. The poster shows the male artist dramatically leaning back on a chair amidst a dark room, and includes the artist's name, the title of the second full album, and its lead single.

The pic also unveils who participated in WINNER Mino's solo comeback. It can be seen that the singer was the one who worked on the lyrics of the songs. He also took part in composing them together with Kang Uk Jin and Diggy, who are popular hitmakers under YG Entertainment. The three of them were also responsible for the arrangement of the tracks.

Apart from the title poster, Song has recently shared his first concept teaser. On October 19, the video was uploaded on WINNER's official YouTube account. It lasts for about 30 seconds and discloses the concept that the artist chose for his comeback. The clip begins with Mino's silhouette in a dark background. Different angles of the artist are also shown and a variety of graphics were added.

Song Mino's new album marks his first comeback after almost two years. He released his first solo album "XX" with its lead single "Fiancé" on November 26, 2018. He described "Fiancé" as a blend of hip hop and trot song. In addition, the WINNER member received his first music show award as a solo artist on December 6 with the said song. The track continued to top on the Gaon and Melon charts in December of the same year. The singer then took home the "Best Hip-Hop Award" at the Golden Disc Awards.

Besides being a solo artist, WINNER's Song has also established himself as a painter. He made his official debut in December 2019 at Special Exhibition for Emerging Artists 2019, which was conducted at the Seongnam Arts Center's 808 Gallery for more than a week, specifically from December 17 to 25. His three paintings were included in the fine art show.

Song Min Ho started at Stardom Entertainment as a trainee for several years and eventually had a fixed spot in the final line-up for the agency's boy band that includes Block B, U-Kwon, Zico, Jaehyo, and B-Bomb. However, he left after his father and the company was unable to settle an agreement. He then auditioned and trained under Y2Y Contents Company for nearly two years before debuting on July 27, 2011, as a rapper with a stage name of "Tagoon" in a ballad boy group called BoM. The group disbanded on March 13.

In 2013, YG Entertainment contacted Song Mino upon learning about his cover of Big Bang's La La La. He auditioned and was accepted as a trainee. He later participated in Mnet's survival show "WIN: Who Is Next" and successfully took home the victory along with his teammates. As a result, the group debuted on August 17, 2014, under the name WINNER.
