BAE173 Release Logo Motion Teaser Ahead Of Debut
BAE173 is an upcoming nine-member boy group under PocketDol Studio that is garnering exceptional attention among K-Pop fans not just in Korea but also worldwide.
The group is composed of nine members born between 1999 and 2004. The nine members are Lee Hangyul and Nam Dohyon (from the duo H&D), BIT, Doha, Youngseo, Muzin, Junseo, J-Min, and Yoojun. BAE173 stands for Before Anyone Else. The number 1 represents perfection. The numbers 7 and 3 represent lucky numbers. BAE173 means that the group dreams of becoming the #1 group for fans. J-Min is the rapper of the group and also the oldest.
Meanwhile, Hangyul is the vocalist and dancer of the group. Muzin and Junseo are the dancers, and Dohyon is the rapper and maknae of the group. The other members' positions are not yet certainly revealed, and as such, it is making fans more eager for the group's debut.
Members Nam Dohyun and Lee Hangyul are part of a duo called H&D. They debuted on April 21, 2020. Nam Dohyon and Lee Hangyul were contestants in the survival show Produce X 101 and became members of the winning group X1. X1 was active from 2019 through 2020. Na Gyumin (aka Doha) started his career as a child actor. Youngseo and Muzin are former Source Music trainees.
BAE173 is ambitiously preparing for their debut and has already released several teaser images and video trailers for all members, amplifying the excitement for their debut. On October 26 KST, their agency PocketDol Studio revealed a debut trailer featuring all nine group members.
In the clip, they are each given their own specific scene suited to their personalities that is expertly interlinked with the next one, with the members sometimes interacting in a fun and adorable ways.
The members seem comfortable and happy to be around each other, which is a great hint as to the incredible teamwork they will most likely showcase as a group.
On 27th of October, 2020, BAE173 released an electrifying logo motion teaser ahead of her debut. The teaser above displays the meaning behind the "BAE" in BAE173, "Before Anyone Else," before lightning strikes in all the glow. You can check out the motion teaser below.

Fans are getting more and more excited about this new group's debut, especially because of the members. Fans have commented that J-Min resembles BTS's V and A.C.E's Chan. Hangyul was a participant on The Unit and ranked 13th, and he also participated in PDX 101 and ranked 7th place, receiving a total of 794,411 votes, allowing him to debut in X1. He attended Incheon High School. Hangyul was abandoned at birth, but he was adopted at age 7 and decided to become a singer to repay his friends and family's kindness. Junseo was a contestant on the show Boys24 (created IN2IT), and he was in the White Unit. Doha was previously cast by 10 big agencies like SM and BigHit, and he also had passed the auditions for YG and JYP. Many fans have commented that Bit resembles actor Lee Minho.
