BROOKLYN Moves 'Imagine' Music Video Release Date

South Korean artist BROOKLYN announces moving the release date for his highly-anticipated music video of "Imagine" in an Instagram post on Friday, Nov. 13.

Originally scheduled for a Nov. 13 release, fans were met with a sincere apology from the 21-year-old artist. In his official Instagram account, BROOKLYN wrote, "I apologise for the last-minute delay." He explained that the music video had been moved to Nov. 27, exactly after his 22nd birthday on Nov. 20. The premiere is set for 6:00 P.M., Korean standard time (KST).

"I know you all have been waiting for so long, and I promise it is worth it. Everyone is working extremely hard to make sure the release is perfect," BROOKLYN added. He expressed gratitude to both his team and his Butterflies - his official fanbase - who supported him "every day to make this [Imagine] possible."

Lastly, BROOKLYN revealed in his statements that he will be available in the chat to watch the music video premiere with his fans and again thanked everyone for their "patience and understanding."

BROOKLYN shared the same statement on his Twitter account. The artist and his record label, Masefield Entertainment, disclosed no official reason for the rescheduled release. Despite this, fans expressed support and understanding to the artist through his IG comments. One user wrote: "Don't apologize! We'll be there no matter what! See you there."

"Brooklyn, Butterflies will wait as long as we need to for your music. We trust you, and when Imagine is released, we'll all still be here, waiting for you and getting so excited with you," another fan commented.

"Imagine" marks the solo artist's comeback after his debut track, "Young Love," hit the airwaves and online streaming platforms last August 2019. While the track remains to be seen, its teaser released last Nov. 9 hints at a dark aesthetic, contrary to the bright and youthful theme in "Young Love."
