[VIDEO] MONSTA X Releases Dance Practice Video for 'Love Killa'

MONSTA X is the gift that keeps on giving, treating fans with a dance video for their latest hit, "Love Killa."

The six-member K-Pop boy group surprised MONBEBEs - its official fan base - by uploading a dance practice video both in its official YouTube and Naver V LIVE channels. In the 3:05 clip, the members can be seen rocking casual wear, giving off their distinct fashion senses. MONSTA X performed in Starship Entertainment's dance studio, a spacious yet minimalist looking gray-and-white room.

Despite being uploaded as a dance practice, MONSTA X delivered a powerful and energetic performance - much like the one fans saw in their winning performances in SBS' "The Show" and in MBC M's "Show Champion." As noted in the comments section, the group even sent fans gushing with their boxing choreography with Hyungwon in the center. In the official music video for "Love Killa," this part alternates with Hyungwon's scene inspired by Chuck Palahniuk's "Fight Club," with the MONSTA X member dressed in Brad Pitt's Tyler Durden.

"Love Killa" leads the boy group's comeback album, "Fatal Love." In an interview, Minhyuk explains that while most of their previous songs focused more on sympathy or consolation, their latest lead single tells about love's temptation, making you want to win despite everything. This new concept works especially well with the song's more mature sound and aesthetics, as shown in the music video.

Throughout the routine, the members' synchronization has also captured the attention of fans. One commenter wrote on their YouTube video, "when they're so in sync, you can't even tell who's shoes are squeaking." Another user complimented their performance, writing, "this choreo is just so smooth and satisfying overall, and I'm not even talking about the body rolls right now."

"Love Killa" is the lead and first single from their latest album, the group's third Korean-language studio album. "Fatal Love" was released under their label Starship Entertainment and distributed by Korean entertainment giant Kakao M.
