MONSTA X adds this year's MAMA Best Stage Award to its list of achievements, attesting to the group's hard work paired with impeccable stage presence.

Following its awards from major music awards such as the 2020 Melon Music Awards (Best Performance), Asia Model Awards (Asia Star Award for Singers), and its Stage of the Year Daesang at the Asia Artist Awards, MONSTA X demonstrates its tremendous growth with their performance and subsequent award at the Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA).

MONSTA X commented on their awards sweep through their agency, Starship Entertainment. "Every time we climb to such an honorable position, we remember the memories we made with both our members and fans. If the members didn't help each other, and if it wasn't for the love of MONBEBE, we would not have been able to work so silently and steadily," the members said in a statement. "So we want to say that all of the MONBEBE's love and interest were there for us to come this far."

"Thank you so much and we will continue to try and show you more advanced sides of us. We love you again MONBEBE!" MONSTA X added.

The year has been a testament to MONSTA X's steady growth as performers. They have welcomed the year 2020 with a Disc Bonsang (Main Prize) for their third Korean-language album, "Take.2 We Are Here," at the 34th Golden Disc Awards.

On Valentine's Day, Monsta X released its first English-language album "All About Luv," which debuted at the fifth spot of the US Billboard 200 with 52,000 equivalent album sales. Their album also managed to enter the top ten in various album charts around the world, including the Canadian Billboard Albums chart, the AFP Portuguese Albums chart, and the HDU Croatian International Albums chart.

On May 26, MONSTA X released its first Korean comeback for 2020 with their eighth EP "Fantasia X," led by the single "Fantasia." The EP peaked at the second spot on the Gaon Albums chart, as well as reaching the 5th spot at the US Billboard World Albums chart.

Nearing the end of the year, MONSTA X released its wildly successful third studio album, "Fatal Love," released November 2. With its lead single "Love Killa," the members showcased a darker, more mature side to their music, treating their fans to an entirely new theme and aesthetic. Shortly after its release, MONSTA X earned two music show wins for "Love Killa," one from SBS MTV's "The Show" and another from MBC M's "Show Champion."
