The issue with his birthday advertisement will be released on Dec. 21. This is the first and only time a K-pop idol's birthday was celebrated in the magazine. This advertisement is huge. The spread for V's birthday will be in the same issue that features TIME Magazine's highly acclaimed "100 Most Influential People of the Year", a list that BTS is also expected to be included in. This is the most significant and meaningful list of the year, and V happens to be in the same issue with it!

The "!00 Most Influential People of the Year" list features the world's most notable figures, ranging from politicians to activists, singers, and actors. It is an unmissable publication that everyone looks forward to.

TIME Magazine is praised as the most authoritative and representative magazine in the United States. It is one of the three biggest weekly new magazines and websites, which was started and is currently based in New York City. It first started on March 3, 1924. The magazine received attention on a global scale.

In 2018, BTS featured on TIME Magazine's cover as "Next Generation Leaders" and has appeared as one of the "25 Most Influential People on the Internet" from 2017 to 2019. They were also named one of the "100 Most Influential People in the World" in 2019, where they were praised as the "Princes of Pop."

Back on Dec. 10, BTS was named as TIME Magazine's "Entertainer of the Year". The publication acknowledged the number of contributions made to the music industry and how they used their platform and influence to spread joy and hope amidst the coronavirus pandemic with "Dynamite", the first-ever all-English single and their first number one hit single in the United States.

2020 has been a difficult year for everyone, even BTS, member RM tells TIME Magazine. The boys took the cancellation of their world tour hard, but they accepted it due to the ongoing global health crisis that is happening around the world. Despite that, the boys persevered - and boy, did it pay off.

The boys also dropped two South Korean albums this year, "Map of the Soul: 7" and "Be". Additionally, BTS dropped the Japanese version of the former titled "Map of the Soul: 7 - The Journey".
