7 BTS Covers ARMYs Should Listen to Right Now

BTS continues to capture the hearts of more and more people around the world with their chart-topping songs and trending performances.

Recently, the septet swept their fans off their feet when they sang their version of Coldplay's "Fix You" during their appearance on an "MTV Unplugged" special episode. The performance of the South Korean boyband became an instant hit to their beloved ARMYs that it became the No. 1 trending video on YouTube, with more than 10.9 million views, more than 1.2 million likes, and 129,627 comments!

And FYI, performance video of BTS is among the very few clips that surpassed the 10 million views mark in just a short period of time.

Here's their cover of Coldplay's hit.

Luckily for the septet's fans, Billboard compiled some of the best BTS covers ARMYs should listen to right now.

1. "Come Back Home"

BTS made a cover of the Boys' classic hit in 2017, which also falls as the 20th anniversary of Seo Tae Ji's album. The boy band made a more colorful version of the song that was known for its strong beat, heavy bassline, and exemplary chorus.

As of this writing, the video of BTS' "Come Back Home" cover already amassed more than 20 million views on YouTube. The clip also garnered more than 1 million likes and more than 42,719 comments.

2. "Mom"

BTS member Jin touched the hearts of many when he performed a cover of the song titled "Mom," which was originally sung by Ra. D, as a gift to his mom and dad during the Parents' Day in 2015. The South Korean idol even wrote a letter for them in celebration of the special day.

A fan uploaded a lyric video of the song on YouTube as Jin wholeheartedly sing the song. As of press time, the clip already gathered more than 1.6 million views with 48,000 likes and 2,907 comments.

3. "2U"

BTS member Jungkook showed off his impressive talent in singing when he made a cover of Justin Bieber's "2U." The K-pop star did not fail his fans as he surely did give justice to the song.

Most, if not all, fans are very much aware that Jungkook has been very vocal about his admiration to Justin Bieber as a singer. A lyric video of Jungkook's version of "2U" already got more than 26 million views with 513,000 likes and 13,192 comments.

4. "Hug Me"

BTS members J-Hope and V made a cover of Jung Joon Ill's "Hug Me" song as one of their treats during the BTS Festa event. A video of the duo's cover was released to kick-off the two-week celebration that led to the group's second anniversary in June 2015.

The clip was uploaded on the official YouTube channel of BTS. At the moment, the performance video of J-Hope and V already garnered more than 18.7 million views with more than 856,000 likes and 35,620 comments.

5. "Umbrella"

Another must-hear BTS cover is "Umbrella" by RM and Kuwahara Yuiko. The duo sang the said track together at the Duet Song Festival in 2016. The song, which was popularized by Epik High and Young, was released in 2008.

As of this writing, the performance video of RM and Kuwahara Yuiko's "Umbrella" already got more than 17.3 million views on YouTube. The said clip also has more than 595,000 likes and 23,342 comments.

6. "We Don't Talk Anymore"

Who would ever forget the time when Charlie Puth tweeted about Jungkook's rendition of his hit song titled "We Don't Talk Anymore?" Well, the American singer-songwriter did not just listen to it because he actually loved it.

In another version of the song, Jimin joined Jungkook, and they both released a clip of their collaboration in FESTA 2017. As of this writing, the clip already has a total of 24.3 million views with 1.4 million likes and 113,930 comments.

7. "If You"

During his stint on MBC Entertainment's "Masked Singer," Jungkook sang the poignant song, which was originally popularized by BIGBANG, during the second round. While most viewers were impressed by how the BTS member gave a new flavor to the chart-topping track, they are not aware that it was actually Jungkook behind the Fencing Man character.

As of late, the performance video of Jungkook already amassed more than 16.5 million views with more than 487,000 likes and 12,827 comments.
