Former AOA Mina States the Person Who Sexually Assaulted Her is Not a Celebrity

Following an Instagram Live in which former AOA member Kwon Mina revealed that she was sexually assaulted by a male senior when she was a junior high student, Mina has come out to state that the man who did it is not a celebrity. Keep on reading to learn more.
Kwon Mina Clarifies That the Male Student Who Assaulted Her is Not a Celebrity
After revealing that she was sexually assaulted by a popular male senior in junior high school, Kwon Mina has since come out to state that the male in question is not a celebrity nor a public figure.
She stated:
"I was planning to sleep all day, but I started to receive lots of messages in the morning. I saw that articles were written saying that I was sexually assaulted by a male sunbae who is now a celebrity. I will explain this now because everyone is curious as to whether or not they are famous. He is not that kind of person.."
She also revealed the name of the male who had sexually assaulted her numerous times, but media outlets never published the name. According to Kwon Mina, "He was one or two years old than me, born in 1992 or 1991. He was a popular bully back in the day. He is not a famous celebrity or public figure that the whole country knows about. I do not even know what he is doing nowadays."
Kwon Mina then stresses that the only perpetrator of bullying and violence is former AOA member and leader Shin Jimin.
"To, the only perpetrator is Shin Jimin," she states. "I just want to shed light on the person who bullied me for over a decade, not the male sunbae who sexually assaulted me."
Kwon Mina Reveals She Was Sexually Assaulted as a Junior High Student
On Mar. 7, Mina went on an Instagram Live, where she told fans stories about her life that she has never told. Mina took time out of her day to shed light on the pain she endured throughout her life that has not been released to the public.
She revealed that as a student, she was sexually assaulted by a popular male senior at the time. One day, she had received a call from a friend stating that she was going to a certain location. Mina told her not to go and, out of worry, decided to accompany her friend. They arrived at an empty house.
She was then hit in the head by a male student and was beaten repeatedly. Kwon Mina then revealed that she was raped by a popular male student at the time while other male students watched. Mina claims that the male who sexually assaulted her was well-known in their area and that at the time, people would know who he is just by name.
Mina ten revealed that she was beaten and raped so severely that she could not walk and was practically crawling back home. She chose not to report the incident out of fear of making it into a bigger issue and because she did not want her mother to find out. Her body was covered in bruises, and she hid all signs of the assault with her clothes.
Kwon Mina then revealed that she requested an apology from the male senior who sexually assaulted her. He then admitted that what he did was wrong and apologized to her. Mina revealed that she forgave him and did not hold any grudges against him.
