More than just a pretty face, KIM WOOJIN once again shows that he can melt hearts with his vocals, releasing a cover of IU's recent hit, "Celebrity."

In his Cover Live video released last May 28, KIM WOOJIN rocks a casual and relaxing look with his shirt, pants, and a white beret to top the outfit off.

Seated in a chair, armed with only a microphone in a similar room to the one he used in his previous cover of Maroon 5's "Sugar," the upcoming solo artist shows a perfect command of the location. He effectively transforms the set into an intimate location, right for a soulful performance.

He nails the now-iconic chorus of IU's January 2021 hit, from its strong crescendo right down to the instantly recognizable line: "You are my celebrity." Through this latest Cover Live performance, KIM WOOJIN showed off his side as an emotional vocalist, set to sweep listeners off their feet with his effortless belting of high notes, and delivering a song's message with his own twist on top of it.

"As the difficult times continued, I wanted to give comfort and empathy to many people in my own way," the solo artist said in a statement from his talent management label, 10x Entertainment. KIM WOOJIN also had the opportunity to explain his song choice for his latest Cover Live release. He said of IU's "Celebrity": "I prepared really hard as it was a song with that meaning."

Still, in his pre-debut season, KIM WOOJIN has been keeping his fans updated with a variety of content across his various social networking sites (SNS). From vlogs, to photo updates, to concept photos up his upcoming releases, as well as his Cover Live releases.

Presenting himself as an all-around idol and artist, the 10X talent even releases "wooVlogs" that features him doing fun and everyday things. Last May 25, he released a vlog where he played "Escape the Ayuwoki," a survival horror game As he navigates around the game's environment, the jumpscares make him freeze and scream in surprise.

He has also recently celebrated his birthday, or the "WOOJIN DAY" for his beloved fans, last April 8. Featuring the same teddy bear mascots that appeared in the "Le Chocolatier" concept - and a nod to his fandom name, CUBS - KIM WOOJIN celebrated his birthday in a special event. He hosted activities and read comments of love and support from his fans.
