CIX Reportedly Returning with a New Album in July
According to an exclusive release from SPOTV News on June 9, CIX is currently preparing for a comeback that is slated to take place in July.
The news outlet stated that it has been confirmed that the members - Bae Jinyoung, BX, Seunghun, Hyunsuk, and Yonghee - are in the process of recording songs for a new album.

CIX's upcoming comeback would be their first in five months since the release of their fourth mini-album "Hello Chapter: Hello, Strange Dream" this past February.
SPOTV News added that CIX plans to release three albums this year. And for the group to do so, the members have been preparing the title track for the new album in advance. It appears like the group is determined to provide the fans with satisfaction through numerous activities this year.
The Korean news outlet went on to mention what CIX said after their promotions for their previous album, "Hello Chapter: Hello, Strange Dream."
The "Cinema" singers stated that they are planning to make three comebacks this 2021. They said that they already have plans for the title tracks of their summer and winter albums.

SPOTV News further said that CIX's album in July will be the start of a new series, since their latest release, "Hello Chapter: Hello, Strange Dream," marked the end of their "Hello" series.
Furthermore, CIX's new album in July is reported to show a worldview that is connected to that of their younger group EPEX, which made their debut yesterday, June 8. It is expected the CIX will show another musical growth through their upcoming album.

CIX's Recent Comeback with Their "Hello Chapter: Hello, Strange Dream" Album
On Feb. 2, CIX, made released the last installment of their "Hello" series, titled "Hello Chapter: Hello, Strange Dream." This album contains the title track "Cinema."
CIX's "Cinema" is a track with bright melody, and contains lyrics that talk about the beautiful days in the past.
Following release, CIX's fourth mini-album achieved outstanding results in various domestic and international music charts. "Hello Chapter: Hello, Strange Dream" ranked first on the Gaon Weekly Retail Album Chart, as well as No. 1 on both the daily and weekly albums of Hanteo Chart.

In particular, CIX's new album topped Hanteo's weekly album chart for the first week of February after recording a total of 32,819 copies in the first week of sales.
Meanwhile, on Gaon Chart, CIX's "Hello Chapter: Hello, Strange Dream" sold a total of 12,373 copies on Gaon Chart for February 2021. It claimed the No. 24 spot on monthly chart of Gaon.
CIX's new album even took the No. 1 spot on iTunes K-pop Album chart in Thailand, Brazil, and Indonesia.
