McDonald's x BTS Collab Drops Two New Merch Lines

After shaking the world with the release of the BTS Meal and the first wave of the McDonald's x BTS merch last month, the collaboration returns with two new merch lines for ARMY worldwide.

The two new merch lines were made available for purchase last June 17, 7 PM EST. Particularly, the two sets are named the "Saucy Collection" and the "Melting Collection," respectively. In the "Saucy Collection," fans get items containing characters and designs hand-drawn by the BTS members themselves. Meanwhile, the "Melting Collection" contains merch inspired by the band's latest record-smashing hit, "Butter."

The McDonald's x BTS Collab

The worldwide phenomenon, BTS, has teamed up with global fast-food chain leader McDonald's to release the McDonald's x BTS collaboration, highlighted by the release of the highly-anticipated BTS meal. Inspired by recipes from the Big Hit Entertainment boy group's home country of South Korea, the BTS Meal includes 10 pieces of the fast-food chain's signature Chicken McNuggets, medium World Famous Fries, medium Coke®, and a pair of Sweet Chili and Cajun dipping sauces.

Furthermore, the fast-food giant has released an advertisement featuring all seven members of BTS: RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. The K-pop superstars themselves introduce the parts of the McDonald's exclusive meal, with the ad set to the tune of their latest hit "Butter." The 37-second ad, also available on the McDonald's YouTube Channel, has already raked in more than three million views, in addition to being aired to various channels in the United States and across the world.

In its promise of providing never-before-seen content in line with their collaborative project, McDonald's has also released "Behind the Sauce: Making of Film," which you can see below:
