According to Spotify, "Dynamite" is just a smidge away from making history of reaching a billion streams, with the song already accumulating more than a whopping 968 million streams on Spotify - an impressive feat considering "Dynamite" was just released less than a year ago, standing at 318 days or a little over 10 months since its release.

"Dynamite" is BTS' first song recorded completely in English and is an upbeat disco-pop genre that features several elements of soul, funk, and bubblegum pop and taking influence from the music in the 1970s, such as echoing synths, horns, and snapping handclaps.

The song's lyrics contain the joys and appreciation of the little things in life that make it more valuable, especially during the ongoing pandemic.

Upon the song's release, "Dynamite" became a huge success both domestic and overseas, such as earning BTS their first Grammy nomination for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, as well as recognition from the Recording Academy, making them the first Korean act to do so.

Not only that, but the song also topped numerous charts worldwide, such as multiple Billboard charts - including Hot 100 and Global 200, Gaon, and more. "Dynamite" also peaked at No.2 on Rolling Stone's Top 100 and No.3 on UK's Singles Chart.

According to Spotify, "Kill This Love" currently has over 473 million streams on Spotify, making BLACKPINK the girl group with the most streamed song by a Korean act as well.

"Kill This Love," which was released more than two years ago on April 4, 2019, is an electropop song featuring trap and stomping elements, as well as horns and percussions. The song, dubbed the "breakup anthem," contains lyrics that talk about ending a toxic relationship.
