SURAN is a Definite Mood with 'Blanket" Feat. Wonstein

SURAN returns with a perfectly relatable track with "Blanket" (feat. Wonstein), accompanied by an equally fun music video.

The South Korean singer-songwriter has released her second single under her own independent label, S-TASY, after the successful track "SUNNY" earlier this year.

In her new song, featuring rapper Wonstein, listeners are treated to the wonders of staying at home under the titular blanket. It is a pop track that presents a complete playful package describing the desire to go out and play but eventually realizing that staying home is a lot better.

"My new song "Blanket" featuring Wonstein is a fun, cozy pop song that celebrates chilling at home," SURAN said in a statement from S-TASY. ". Stay safe everyone and I hope I can give you good vibes from my song!"

The lyrics for the incredibly vibrant track was written by SURAN herself together with Wonstein. Together they enlisted the help of music producer Zayson, who has previously worked with K-pop acts such as NCT, GOT7, EXO, among others.

Lastly, Zayson and Hwang DK worked together on the final arrangement for "Blanket."

In the 3:34 music video released on SURAN's YouTube Channel, the Korean solo artist is dressed in a cowboy getup, singing in a room filled with items - such as a keyboard, a giant "Kaws" figure, and the "Blanket" in question. She appears doing a lot of things, mostly playing around, as her smooth vocals soothe the listeners into staying at home, under a thick and warm blanket. Woonstein visits her halfway through and joins her in the fun activities she does indoors.
