Park Yoochun Faces Disputes of Having a Double Contract
Singer and Actor Park Yoochun was entangled in a dispute for having a double contract with his agency.
On August 18, Park Yoochun's current Agency, Ricielo, stated that about a month ago, Park Yoochun violated his contract with their agency and then signed a double contract with a Japanese Agency. They added that their appointed law office - Lee Eun-eui's law office - has been preparing for a legal response.
Recent Allegations Against Park Yoo Chun
Park Yoochun signed an exclusive contract with Ricielo last January 1, 2020. It is also known that Ricielo's CEO is also the manager that he has been with ever since JYJ activities.
By the time of establishment of Ricielo, Park Yoochun has listed his mother to be the largest shareholder for it was difficult for him to register as a shareholder because of his debt problems.
Because of that, the current largest shareholder of Ricielo is Park Yoochun's mother. However, she has never been involved with the actual management. Considering that there was no immediate profit after contracting with Park Yoochun, the CEO of Ricielo has been attempting to run the company by taking out loans personally. As a result, the annual sales reached over 1 billion won or $849,000 by the end of 2020.
Furthermore, Ricielo did not take issue with Park Yoochun's use of the company's corporate card for personal entertainment and expensive living costs. There were also things like giving a corporate card in order to buy a luxury bag or even using thousands of won in company funds only for gambling.
Particularly, the company even paid for the bills at an entertainment establishment where Park Yoochun ate and stayed for a long time, which was about 100 million won or $84,900.

Park Yoochun's Previous Cases
At the same time, Park Yoochun was involved in a sexual assault case with an employee at an entertainment company in 2016. The allegations eventually came out, however, it was revealed that he had been to a number of entertainment establishments, his star image was unavoidable.
Then, he was also arrested and charged with drug use in April 2019, and then he was released on probation in July. That time, Park Yoochun announced that he will retire if the drug allegations against him turn out to be true. He was then expelled from the entertainment industry. But after announcing the news of an exclusive contract with Ricielo in January 2020, while promoting his schedules overseas, he overturned his retirement and then received criticism.
In February, the singer-actor made a comeback with the independent film titled "Dedicated to Evil." With this work, he seemed to be expanding his activities by winning Best Actor at the Las Vegas Asian Film Awards.

Park Yoochun Signs a Double Contract
This time, as he got embroiled in the issue over the double contract dispute with his agency, he is the center of gossip once again. After debuting as TVXQ in 2003, Park Yoochun, who made his debut by moving his agency, was active as a singer and actor.
But after being involved in different controversies, he became a troublemaker in the entertainment industry. He once again announced his current situation through the legal battle with his agency.
